How it works and how to install it
The RG6U + 2x0.5 cable physically combines the coaxial cable for video signal transmission with two power wires, all encased in a common white jacket. At each end, a BNC connector for signal and a DC power connector for current are mounted using standard cabling tools. Installation does not require advanced knowledge — any technician or installer with basic experience in CCTV systems can position and terminate the cable simply.

Is this cable compatible with HD-CVI, HD-TVI, and AHD cameras?
Yes, the RG6U cable with 75 Ohm impedance is compatible with all analog HD technologies, including AHD, HD-TVI, and HD-CVI, for distances up to 500 meters depending on the resolution.
Can I also use this cable outdoors, on the building facade?
The white PVC jacket provides basic protection, but for installations directly exposed to UV and long-term weather conditions, additional mechanical protection (conduit or cable tray) or choosing a UV-resistant jacket cable is recommended.
What BNC connector should be used for RG6 cable?
Specific BNC connectors for RG6 are used, available in compression or twist-on versions. RG59 connectors are not compatible due to the different cable diameter.
