How it works and how to install
Connect the power supply to a 220V outlet, then insert the 2.1mm DC plug into the power port of your device (LED strip, router, NVR, DVR, or other compatible 12V equipment). The power supply automatically converts AC current into stabilized 12V DC current, protecting the equipment from voltage variations. For maximum lifespan, use the power supply at a maximum of 75% of its capacity (i.e., max 7.5A continuously).
Installation does not require technical knowledge — it's plug-and-play. Important: use indoors only, do not cover the power supply during operation, and check for correct polarity before connecting.
Frequently Asked Questions
How long of a 12V LED strip can I power with this source?
It depends on the strip's consumption. For example, a 14.4W/meter LED strip can be powered for approximately 6-7 meters (at 75% recommended capacity). Check the specific consumption of your strip and multiply by the desired length.
Does the power supply make noise or get very hot?
It is normal for it to warm up slightly during operation, especially under near-maximum load. It should not make noise — if it does, turn it off immediately. Do not cover the power supply to allow for natural cooling.
Can I use this power supply for surveillance cameras or DVR?
Yes, it is compatible with most DVR, NVR, and surveillance camera systems that require 12V DC. Check the total consumption of your system and ensure it does not exceed 10A.

Inspired to create a chair where the back and arms are moulded from a single piece of plywood, Hecht and Colin describe employing a process similar to that a tailor might use to cut a pattern in fabric. This approach resulted in the beautiful structure wherein the moulded back and arms component is supported by a simple A-frame wood dowel construction. One of the benefits of this design is an increase in comfort due to natural movement in the plywood back.
