How it works and how to install it
The battery connects directly to the electrical circuit via the pre-soldered red and black wires, observing the correct polarity. Charging is performed exclusively with dedicated Li-Ion chargers with overcharge protection, never with generic chargers that can damage the cell. After installation, the battery provides a stable voltage of 3.7V until complete discharge, at which point it must be reconnected to the charger.

What kind of charger should I use for this battery?
Only special chargers for 18650 Li-Ion batteries, with overcharge protection. Generic or unsuitable chargers will irreversibly damage the cell and void the warranty.
How long does a full charge take?
Depending on the charger, between 4 and 6 hours for a 0% to 100% charge. We recommend smart chargers with automatic shut-off.
Can I connect multiple batteries in series or parallel?
Yes, but it requires knowledge of electronics and proper charge management. For complex configurations, consult a specialist.

Inspired to create a chair where the back and arms are moulded from a single piece of plywood, Hecht and Colin describe employing a process similar to that a tailor might use to cut a pattern in fabric. This approach resulted in the beautiful structure wherein the moulded back and arms component is supported by a simple A-frame wood dowel construction.
