How it works and how to install it
HR14 / C batteries are inserted into the device exactly like a regular C-type battery, observing the indicated polarity. For recharging, a compatible Ni-MH charger with a slot for C-size is required — the charger is not included in the package. After full charging, the batteries are ready for immediate use and can be recharged hundreds of times without significant degradation of capacity.

Inspired to create a chair where the back and arms are moulded from a single piece of plywood, Hecht and Colin describe employing a process similar to that a tailor might use to cut a pattern in fabric. This approach resulted in the beautiful structure wherein the moulded back and arms component is supported by a simple A-frame wood dowel construction. One of the benefits of this design is an increase in comfort due to natural movement in the plywood back.
