How it works and how to install it
The thermostat operates via a 900mm capillary with a sensor bulb that detects the temperature in the oven and automatically controls the three-phase circuit. When the temperature reaches the value set on the dial, the contact breaks, and when it drops below the threshold, it automatically reconnects. Installation is done by mounting the rod in the oven opening and connecting the three wires to the three-phase network according to the electrical diagram. It is recommended to check compatibility with the existing electrical system before installation.
