How it works and how to install it
The thermostat operates through the capillary sensor, which detects the temperature and automatically controls the interruption or resumption of electrical power to maintain the set value. The 6mm diameter and 40mm long stainless steel capillary is inserted into the temperature monitoring zone of the oven.
Installation is done by connecting the 3 terminals to the equipment's electrical circuit, fixing the thermostat body in the control panel, and positioning the capillary at the measurement point. Temperature adjustment is performed by rotating the graduated knob to the desired value. It is recommended to check the connections before commissioning.
