How it works and how to install it
The thermostat regulates the temperature via a stainless steel capillary probe that detects heat in the oven. You rotate the knob to set the desired temperature, and the internal mechanism interrupts or activates the power supply to maintain the set value. Installation requires connecting the 3 contact terminals to the equipment's electrical circuit — preferably by a qualified electrician or technician. The capillaries are inserted into the temperature monitoring area, and the thermostat body is fixed to the control panel.

This approach resulted in the beautiful structure wherein the moulded back and arms component is supported by a simple A-frame wood dowel construction.
