How it works and how to install it
The thermostat operates based on the thermal expansion of a bimetallic plate which interrupts the electrical circuit when the temperature set by rotating the knob is reached. Installation is done by replacing the old thermostat: disconnect the power, release the existing electrical terminals, fix the new thermostat in the standard position and reconnect the cables according to the diagram. The entire process takes less than 15 minutes for anyone with basic electrical knowledge or experience in home repairs.
