How it works and how to install it
The thermostat uses a bimetal plate that deforms as the temperature rises, opening the electrical contact at the 90°C threshold. After cooling below this threshold, the plate automatically returns to its original shape and reconnects the circuit. Installation is done by fixing the component with screws on the metal bracket, in the area requiring thermal monitoring, followed by connecting the two electrical terminals to the power circuit. No calibration or additional adjustments are required.

This approach resulted in the beautiful structure wherein the moulded back and arms component is supported by a simple A-frame wood dowel construction. One of the benefits of this design is an increase in comfort due to natural movement in the plywood back.
