How it works and how to install it
The bimetallic thermostat works by deforming a metal strip composed of two metals with different thermal expansion coefficients. Upon reaching 190°C, the strip bends and interrupts the electrical circuit. After cooling, the contact automatically re-establishes.
Installation is done by mechanical fastening to the surface to be monitored using the four holes in the metal bracket. Electrical connection is made through the side metal terminals, observing the circuit's polarity. Ensure the contact surface is clean for optimal heat transfer.
