How it works and how to install
The thermostat measures water temperature through a metal probe inserted into the boiler tank and cuts off the current to the heating element when the set temperature is reached, automatically restarting it when it cools down. In case of malfunction or accidental overheating, the thermal protection triggers a safety shutdown, and reset is done by pressing the red button. Replacement involves disconnecting the boiler from the mains, removing the cover, disconnecting wires from the old thermostat, and connecting them to the new one, following the appliance's original wiring diagram.
