How it works and how to install it
Insert the AAA battery into the back compartment and pass the cable with the sensor through the window or door to the outside. The thermometer automatically displays the indoor temperature and the temperature from the outdoor sensor. The C/F button switches between Celsius and Fahrenheit, and the MAX/MIN buttons show you the extreme values recorded. To reset the memory, press the corresponding button for 3 seconds. You can place it on your desk or mount it on the wall with the included stand.

How long is the outdoor sensor cable?
The cable is approximately 1.5 meters long, enough to pass through a window or door and measure the temperature outside, on the balcony or terrace.
Can I see how humid my child's room is?
Yes, the device measures the humidity in the room where it is placed, displaying it on the LCD. If the humidity drops below 20% or exceeds 95%, you know you need to ventilate or use a dehumidifier.
Is the display visible at night?
The LCD display does not have backlighting, so reading is done in ambient light. In the dark, bringing a night light or phone closer is necessary.

Inspired to create a chair where the back and arms are moulded from a single piece of plywood, Hecht and Colin describe employing a process similar to that a tailor might use to cut a pattern in fabric. This approach resulted in the beautiful structure wherein the moulded back and arms component is supported by a simple A-frame wood dowel construction. One of the benefits of this design is an increase in comfort due to natural movement in the plywood back.
