How it works and how to install

Can it drive screws into hardwood or metal?
Yes, with a speed of 350 RPM, it is suitable for soft and medium wood, plastic, as well as small screws in thin metal. For heavy industrial applications, we recommend a screwdriver with higher torque.
Are the bits standard and can they be replaced with others?
Yes, it uses universal 1/4-inch magnetic bits, available at any tool store. The package already includes 2 bits to get you started.

Inspired to create a chair where the back and arms are moulded from a single piece of plywood, Hecht and Colin describe employing a process similar to that a tailor might use to cut a pattern in fabric. This approach resulted in the beautiful structure wherein the moulded back and arms component is supported by a simple A-frame wood dowel construction. One of the benefits of this design is an increase in comfort due to natural movement in the plywood back.
