How it works and how to install it
The power supply converts 220V AC mains voltage to stable 48V DC, suitable for LED strips, light panels, or professional surveillance cameras. Connect the power cable to the L-N-M terminals (phase, neutral, earth), and the LED consumers to the DC output terminals marked V+ and V-. The ADJ knob allows fine adjustment of the output voltage.
Installation requires basic electrical knowledge — it is recommended to mount it in a well-ventilated area, away from humidity, to allow proper operation of the cooling fan. Avoid covering the power supply with objects that would block air circulation.

Can I power 48V LED strips with this power supply?
Yes, the power supply is designed precisely for this purpose. Make sure the total power of the LED strips does not exceed 720W and that they are compatible with 48V DC.
Does the cooling fan make noise?
The fan generates a discreet sound during operation, typical for high-power industrial power supplies. Installation in technical rooms, not living spaces, is recommended.
Can I adjust the output voltage myself or do I need a specialist?
The ADJ knob allows voltage adjustment between 46V-49V with a screwdriver. For interventions at the 220V power terminals, electrical qualification is required.

Inspired to create a chair where the back and arms are moulded from a single piece of plywood, Hecht and Colin describe employing a process similar to that a tailor might use to cut a pattern in fabric. This approach resulted in the beautiful structure wherein the moulded back and arms component is supported by a simple A-frame wood dowel construction. One of the benefits of this design is an increase in comfort due to natural movement in the plywood back.
