300W slim IP68 power supply for outdoor LED lighting
This power supply converts the 220V mains voltage into a safe 12V DC for LED strips, LED bars and other lighting systems. With full IP68 protection against moisture and dust, it works flawlessly outdoors in all weather conditions. The slim metal casing allows installation in narrow spaces where classic power supplies do not fit.

How it works and how to install it
The power supply connects to a standard 220V socket via the 20cm power cable. The stabilized 12V DC output is distributed via the 2 output cables to LED strips or other devices. Due to its slim format and light weight, it can be fixed with screws in any position — horizontal, vertical or under the ceiling. IP68 protection allows direct mounting in wet areas or outdoors, without the need for additional protective boxes.
Frequently asked questions
Can I connect this power supply directly in the garden without a protective box?
Yes, IP68 protection guarantees safe outdoor operation directly exposed to rain, snow and dust. Just make sure the connection terminals are properly insulated.
How many meters of LED strip can I power with this 300W power supply?
It depends on the power consumption of your strip. For standard 14.4W/meter LED strips, you can power approximately 20 meters. For more powerful 20W/meter strips, approximately 15 meters.
Does it make noise during operation?
No, the power supply operates completely silently through passive cooling. It has no fans or moving parts that generate noise.

Inspired to create a chair where the back and arms are moulded from a single piece of plywood, Hecht and Colin describe employing a process similar to that a tailor might use to cut a pattern in fabric. This approach resulted in the beautiful structure wherein the moulded back and arms component is supported by a simple A-frame wood dowel construction. One of the benefits of this design is an increase in comfort due to natural movement in the plywood back.
