How it works and how to install
The fuse is installed in the dedicated holder of the electrical appliance, in series with the power supply circuit. The internal metal conductor wire melts instantly when the current exceeds 4A, interrupting the circuit and protecting the components. Replacement is simple: disconnect the appliance from the mains, remove the blown fuse from the holder, and insert a new one, observing the same amperage value.
The fuse's condition can be visually checked through the metal caps or with a multimeter set to continuity. Never replace with higher amperage fuses — risk of fire and equipment damage.
