How it works and how to install it
The heating element is mounted by screwing it into the standard 18mm opening of the thermal equipment. After securing it with the included nut and gasket, it is connected to the 230V power supply following the device's electrical diagram. The U-shaped heating element distributes heat uniformly along its entire active length of 250mm, ensuring a constant temperature in the serviced area. The nickel plating protects against corrosion and allows operation even in the presence of vapors or humidity. Ideal for heated tables, bain-marie trays, warming ovens, or similar HoReCa equipment.

Inspired to create a chair where the back and arms are moulded from a single piece of plywood, Hecht and Colin describe employing a process similar to that a tailor might use to cut a pattern in fabric. This approach resulted in the beautiful structure wherein the moulded back and arms component is supported by a simple A-frame wood dowel construction. One of the benefits of this design is an increase in comfort due to natural movement in the plywood back.
