How it works and how to install
The heater is inserted into the dedicated housing of the boiler in the pressurized solar system and secured with the included standard thread, using an appropriate wrench and sealing gasket. The colored wires (red, yellow, black) are connected to the thermostat or to the 220V AC power supply according to the existing installation diagram. Installation does not require the intervention of a certified installer if basic electrical knowledge is available, but it is recommended to turn off water and power supply before any intervention.

Inspired to create a chair where the back and arms are moulded from a single piece of plywood, Hecht and Colin describe employing a process similar to that a tailor might use to cut a pattern in fabric. This approach resulted in the beautiful structure wherein the moulded back and arms component is supported by a simple A-frame wood dowel construction. One of the benefits of this design is an increase in comfort due to natural movement in the plywood back.
