How it works and how to install it
The heating element is installed by screwing the 15mm thread into the corresponding opening of the tank or boiler. Ensure sealing with the provided gasket and connect the electrical cables to the heating element terminals, respecting standard colors. After connection and filling the tank with water, the heating element converts electrical energy into heat through the Joule effect, uniformly heating the liquid around the U-shaped element.
Frequently Asked Questions
Is this heating element suitable for my existing electric boiler?
If your boiler has a 15mm diameter mounting thread and sufficient internal space for the dimensions of 310mm total length and 70mm width, the heating element is compatible. Check your boiler's technical specifications before purchase.
How long does it take to heat the water in the tank?
The time depends on the volume of water and the initial temperature. For a 50-80 liter boiler, heating from ambient temperature to 60 degrees Celsius takes approximately 90-120 minutes at the nominal power of 2000W.
Can I install the heating element myself or do I need a certified electrician?
First, disconnect the electrical power. Mechanical installation via thread is simple, but for electrical connection to the mains, we recommend calling a certified electrician in accordance with current safety regulations, especially if you do not have experience with electrical installations.

This approach resulted in the beautiful structure wherein the moulded back and arms component is supported by a simple A-frame wood dowel construction.
