How it works and how to install it
The element is mounted on the water heater's flange by replacing the old component. Drain the water heater, disconnect the power supply, dismantle the old flange, and install the new element together with the thermostat in the dedicated slot. The electrical connection is made on the two short-leg terminals, observing polarity. The anode support is attached to the upper part of the flange. The entire operation takes 30-45 minutes and does not require specialized tools, only a socket wrench and a screwdriver.

This approach resulted in the beautiful structure wherein the moulded back and arms component is supported by a simple A-frame wood dowel construction.
