The 50W LED floodlight with motion sensor, IP66, is designed for smart outdoor lighting of yards, parking lots, entrances, and alleys. How it works and how to install it
The floodlight connects directly to the 220V network via a standard power cable. The PIR sensor is mounted separately on a flexible cable, which allows its independent positioning from the body for optimal detection. Fixing to the surface is done with screws through included metal brackets, and the beam orientation is adjusted via the bracket articulation — the operation does not require advanced electrical knowledge, but connection to the network must be performed by an authorized electrician.

How long does it stay on after detecting motion?
The light-on time is adjustable via the potentiometer on the sensor, usually between 10 seconds and several minutes, depending on the chosen setting.
Does it work during the day or only at night?
The sensor includes a twilight function that deactivates the floodlight in the presence of sufficient natural light, so it only turns on automatically after dark.
Is it rain-resistant? Can I mount it on the exterior facade?
Yes, the IP66 protection rating means the floodlight withstands strong water jets and dust, making it completely suitable for outdoor mounting on facades, poles, or terrace roofs.

Inspired to create a chair where the back and arms are moulded from a single piece of plywood, Hecht and Colin describe employing a process similar to that a tailor might use to cut a pattern in fabric. This approach resulted in the beautiful structure wherein the moulded back and arms component is supported by a simple A-frame wood dowel construction. One of the benefits of this design is an increase in comfort due to natural movement in the plywood back.
