How it works and how to install
The RJ45 plug is mounted by mechanical crimping directly onto the end of the UTP cable, after the wires have been arranged in the correct order according to the T568A or T568B standard. The process requires an RJ45 crimping tool (sold separately) and takes less than a minute per plug, even for inexperienced users. The metal casing securely fastens to the cable, providing both grounding and additional mechanical protection compared to plastic plugs.

This approach resulted in the beautiful structure wherein the moulded back and arms component is supported by a simple A-frame wood dowel construction.
