Each module contains 3 LEDs and is manufactured through material injection, ensuring protection against water and dust. With a total power of 120W and powered at 12V DC, the set is ready for use immediately after connection.

How it works and how to install it
The modules are connected in series by a 70mm wire between them, forming a chain that is powered directly by a 12V DC source. Mounting is done either by sticking the 3M adhesive tape on the back of the modules to the desired surface, or by using the mounting screw available on the body of each module. No advanced technical knowledge is required — you connect the power wire to the 12V source and the system works immediately.

You need a 12V DC power supply with a minimum power of 120W. A power supply with a 20-30% reserve above the nominal power is recommended for stable operation.

Inspired to create a chair where the back and arms are moulded from a single piece of plywood, Hecht and Colin describe employing a process similar to that a tailor might use to cut a pattern in fabric. This approach resulted in the beautiful structure wherein the moulded back and arms component is supported by a simple A-frame wood dowel construction. One of the benefits of this design is an increase in comfort due to natural movement in the plywood back.
