How it works and how to install it
The controller connects between the power supply and the RGB LED strip via the DC input connector and the 4 output pins (R, G, B, +). The RF remote communicates wirelessly with the controller module without requiring manual pairing — it works out of the box. Installation takes less than 10 minutes: connect the power supply to the DC input, the LED strip to the 4 output pins, and the remote with the included CR2025 battery is ready to use immediately.

Does this controller work through walls or doors?
Yes, RF (Radio Frequency) technology at 433.92 MHz does not require direct line of sight between the remote and the controller, unlike IR, so it works through light obstacles within a range of up to 15 meters.
Is it compatible with any RGB LED strip?
It is compatible with 4-wire (R, G, B, +) RGB LED strips powered by DC 5V, 12V, or 24V, with a maximum peak current of 3x4A per channel.
What battery does the remote use and is it included in the package?
The remote uses a CR2025 battery; please check the package contents upon delivery, as the battery may or may not be pre-installed depending on the batch.

Inspired to create a chair where the back and arms are moulded from a single piece of plywood, Hecht and Colin describe employing a process similar to that a tailor might use to cut a pattern in fabric. This approach resulted in the beautiful structure wherein the moulded back and arms component is supported by a simple A-frame wood dowel construction. One of the benefits of this design is an increase in comfort due to natural movement in the plywood back.
