How it works and how to install it
The limit switch is fixed with screws to the stationary frame of the equipment, and the plunger with the roller is positioned in the path of the moving element (door, gate, machine tool carriage). When the roller is pressed by the moving element, the electrical circuit switches automatically, stopping the motor or triggering another programmed action. Installation requires connecting the two wires to the control circuit, according to your equipment's electrical diagram. Adjusting the actuation height of the plunger allows adaptation to different configurations.

This approach resulted in the beautiful structure wherein the moulded back and arms component is supported by a simple A-frame wood dowel construction.
