How it works and how to install it
The limit switch is mounted firmly on the equipment frame with the included nut, and the roller is positioned in the path of the moving part. On contact, the button is pressed 6mm and instantly breaks the electrical circuit, stopping the motor. It connects with 3 wires to the control circuit, without the need for advanced skills — the connection diagram is clearly marked on the switch body. Ideal for automatic doors, production systems or any application requiring stopping at a fixed position.

Inspired to create a chair where the back and arms are moulded from a single piece of plywood, Hecht and Colin describe employing a process similar to that a tailor might use to cut a pattern in fabric. This approach resulted in the beautiful structure wherein the moulded back and arms component is supported by a simple A-frame wood dowel construction. One of the benefits of this design is an increase in comfort due to natural movement in the plywood back.
