How it works and how to install it
The 3W SMD blue LED chip is powered directly by a constant current source regulated between 500 and 700 mA, at a voltage of 3.2-3.6V. Connection is made based on the plus and minus markings on the star-shaped heatsink, without additional components if you use an appropriate LED driver. For stable operation at maximum power, it is recommended to apply thermal paste between the heatsink and the surface you are mounting it on, although the integrated heatsink already provides sufficient basic cooling for normal use.
