How it works and how to install it
The headlamp has two buttons: the power button cycles through the 5 light modes, and the sensor button activates the induction mode — when the side indicator turns green, a hand gesture within 10 cm switches the headlamp's state. No installation is required: simply take it out of the box, charge it via a USB cable, and adjust the elastic strap directly to your head in a few seconds. Charging is done via the integrated USB port in the headlamp body, without removing the battery.

Battery life varies depending on the mode used: in low power or COB mode, the battery lasts considerably longer than in maximum power mode. Full charging before first use is recommended.

Inspired to create a chair where the back and arms are moulded from a single piece of plywood, Hecht and Colin describe employing a process similar to that a tailor might use to cut a pattern in fabric. This approach resulted in the beautiful structure wherein the moulded back and arms component is supported by a simple A-frame wood dowel construction. One of the benefits of this design is an increase in comfort due to natural movement in the plywood back.
