How it works and how to install it
The TD-C81 flashlight requires no installation — it's ready to use immediately after charging. Connect the provided micro-USB cable to the port on the back of the flashlight and let it fully charge before first use. The side button controls the front lighting mode, and the flashlight head is pulled or pushed to adjust the zoom. The side COB LED activates separately, useful when you need diffused work light instead of a directional beam.

How long does the battery last between uses?
The battery life depends on the mode used and the intensity of the illumination. The 3.7V 18650 Li-ion battery offers a reasonable duration for camping or fishing sessions; for prolonged intensive use, it is recommended to carry a USB power source.

No. It is important not to turn on the flashlight while charging, as this can damage the LEDs. Charge it completely, then use it.

Inspired to create a chair where the back and arms are moulded from a single piece of plywood, Hecht and Colin describe employing a process similar to that a tailor might use to cut a pattern in fabric. This approach resulted in the beautiful structure wherein the moulded back and arms component is supported by a simple A-frame wood dowel construction. One of the benefits of this design is an increase in comfort due to natural movement in the plywood back.
