How it works and how to install
The gasket is positioned between the electric heating element flange and the water heater body, creating a tight seal under the pressure exerted by the fixing screws. Before installation, make sure the water heater is turned off and completely drained of water. Remove the old gasket, clean the contact surface of limescale deposits, position the new gasket on the element flange, and tighten the fixing screws evenly. The operation takes less than 15 minutes and does not require special tools.

This approach resulted in the beautiful structure wherein the moulded back and arms component is supported by a simple A-frame wood dowel construction.
