Do these nozzles also work for LPG cylinders or only for natural gas?
They are sized for natural gas from the network. For LPG, smaller diameter nozzles are needed, usually 0.40-0.45 mm.
How do I know if my nozzle has an M7 thread?
The M7 thread is the most common standard for Romanian cookers. If the old nozzle screws in easily by hand and has an outer diameter of about 7 mm, it is M7.
How often should cooker nozzles be replaced?
It depends on wear and gas quality. As a rule, if the flame becomes yellow, uneven, or burns too weakly, it is a sign that the nozzle is clogged or worn and needs replacement.

This approach resulted in the beautiful structure wherein the moulded back and arms component is supported by a simple A-frame wood dowel construction.
