How it works and how to install it
The driver converts 220V AC mains voltage into 48-72V DC constant current, regulated at 1500mA, specifically for high-power LEDs. You connect the input wires to the 220V electrical network, following standard colors (brown-phase, blue-neutral, yellow-green-ground), then connect the output wires to the LED fixture. Internal protection circuits monitor temperature and current, automatically disconnecting power in case of overload. The complete assembly takes less than 15 minutes and requires no special tools.

Inspired to create a chair where the back and arms are moulded from a single piece of plywood, Hecht and Colin describe employing a process similar to that a tailor might use to cut a pattern in fabric. This approach resulted in the beautiful structure wherein the moulded back and arms component is supported by a simple A-frame wood dowel construction. One of the benefits of this design is an increase in comfort due to natural movement in the plywood back.
