RGB Controller with Remote for 3-Wire LED Strip
The RGB LED strip controller with a 24-key remote allows you to change colors, effects, and light intensity directly from a distance, without having to get up. Compatible with 3-wire digital LED strips and operating voltage between 5V and 24V, it is a practical solution for decorative lighting at home, in the office, or in commercial spaces. Connection is simple, using dedicated connectors included in the package.

How it works and how to install it
The controller connects between the power supply and the 3-wire RGB LED strip: the red wire to positive, the green wire to data signal, and the white wire to ground. The SM connector on the output plugs directly into the compatible LED strip's socket. The IR remote control runs on a CR2025 or CR2032 3V battery, included or easily found in any store, and transmits commands to the controller's receiver from a distance of up to several meters in a straight line with the receiver.
Frequently asked questions
Does this controller work with any RGB LED strip?
It is compatible with 3-wire digital RGB LED strips (data + power), such as those with WS2811 chips or similar, powered at DC 5V-24V. It is not compatible with standard 4-pin RGB strips.
What battery does the remote use and is it included in the package?
The remote uses a CR2025 or CR2032 3V battery. Check the package contents upon delivery — the battery may not be included and can be purchased separately from any supermarket.
How long can the LED strip controlled by this controller be?
The maximum output current is 6A, which allows controlling strip lengths of up to approximately 5 meters at 5V or more at higher voltages, depending on the power consumption of the chosen strip.

Inspired to create a chair where the back and arms are moulded from a single piece of plywood, Hecht and Colin describe employing a process similar to that a tailor might use to cut a pattern in fabric. This approach resulted in the beautiful structure wherein the moulded back and arms component is supported by a simple A-frame wood dowel construction. One of the benefits of this design is an increase in comfort due to natural movement in the plywood back.
