How it works and how to install it
Connect the included power cable to the outlet or insert 3 AAA batteries. Set the time, date, and alarm using the MODE, UP, and DOWN buttons — the process takes less than a minute according to the instructions. The projector arm rotates manually to position the time on the ceiling or wall at a distance of 1-5 meters, with characters that grow proportionally with the distance (from 20 cm to 60 cm in height).
Frequently Asked Questions
Is the projection visible during the day or only at night?
The red LED projection is clearly visible in the dark but disappears in bright daylight. The LCD screen remains readable permanently.
Do I lose time and alarm settings if the power goes out?
If you also use AAA batteries as a backup, the settings remain saved. With only the cable, it will need to be reprogrammed after a power outage.
Can the projection color be changed from red to another color?
No, the projection is fixed red LED. The LCD screen displays multicolor elements for weather forecast and calendar.

Inspired to create a chair where the back and arms are moulded from a single piece of plywood, Hecht and Colin describe employing a process similar to that a tailor might use to cut a pattern in fabric. This approach resulted in the beautiful structure wherein the moulded back and arms component is supported by a simple A-frame wood dowel construction. One of the benefits of this design is an increase in comfort due to natural movement in the plywood back.
