How it works and how to install it
The clock installs instantly: connect the USB cable to a port (laptop, phone charger, or USB outlet) or use the included CR2032 battery for backup. Setting the time, alarms, and preferences is done via the 5 buttons on the back - as intuitive as any digital clock. The projector rotates manually 180 degrees to position the time on the wall or ceiling exactly where you want it, and the optimal projection distance is between 0.5 and 5 meters. The light sensor automatically adjusts the screen's intensity in the evening and morning.

Inspired to create a chair where the back and arms are moulded from a single piece of plywood, Hecht and Colin describe employing a process similar to that a tailor might use to cut a pattern in fabric. This approach resulted in the beautiful structure wherein the moulded back and arms component is supported by a simple A-frame wood dowel construction. One of the benefits of this design is an increase in comfort due to natural movement in the plywood back.
