How it works and how to install it
The button is mounted by drilling a 12mm hole in the desired panel or enclosure, inserting the threaded body, and tightening the mounting nut from the back. Wiring is done by connecting the wires to the 2 screw contacts, according to the circuit diagram. Upon the first press, the button switches and remains locked in the actuated position; a second press returns it to the initial position — classic latching (push-lock) operation.

What does "latching" mean for a push button?
It means that after you press the button, it stays locked in the pressed position and does not return by itself — a second press is needed to unlock it. This is different from a momentary button which returns immediately once you release the press.
Does "NO contact" mean the circuit is open or closed at rest?
NO (Normally Open) means that at rest, the circuit is open — current does not pass. When pressed, the contact closes, and the circuit becomes active.
Can I use this button at lower voltages, for example 12V or 24V DC?
