How it works and how to install
The strip operates on 12V DC current and requires a compatible power supply (not included in the package). Installation is straightforward: connect the wires to the power supply, fix the strip to the desired surface with clips or adhesive, and if the length needs to be reduced, cut at the markings on the strip at intervals of a minimum of 2.5 cm. No advanced electrical knowledge is required for basic assembly.

No, the package only contains the 5-meter LED neon strip. You will need a 12V DC power supply, purchased separately, sized appropriately for the total power of the strip.
Can I use this green LED neon strip outdoors, in the rain?
Yes, the silicone casing provides IP67 protection, meaning the strip is resistant to temporary immersion in water and can be used without problems in normal outdoor weather conditions.
At what intervals can the strip be cut and how are the ends reattached?
The strip can be cut every 2.5 cm, at the dedicated markings. The resulting ends can be re-sealed with silicone caps to maintain water protection after cutting.

Inspired to create a chair where the back and arms are moulded from a single piece of plywood, Hecht and Colin describe employing a process similar to that a tailor might use to cut a pattern in fabric. This approach resulted in the beautiful structure wherein the moulded back and arms component is supported by a simple A-frame wood dowel construction. One of the benefits of this design is an increase in comfort due to natural movement in the plywood back.
