The 576D/m digital COB LED strip with 3-in-1 function allows you to choose between three color temperatures — warm white 2700K, neutral white 4500K, and cool white 6500K — from a single product, using a compatible controller. This is the ideal solution for ambient, accent, or functional lighting in residential and commercial spaces where chromatic flexibility matters. The 5-meter roll features an 8mm wide strip with pre-applied 3M adhesive, ready for installation.

How it works and how to install
The strip operates at 24V DC via 3 power wires: one common wire and two separate wires for the two LED channels (warm and cool), independently controlled by a compatible CCT controller or 3-wire 24V dimmer. Installation is straightforward: clean the surface, peel off the 3M adhesive film, and secure the strip in position. Connect the wires to the controller and the 24V DC power supply, without needing an electrician for the actual strip installation.
Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need a special controller or does it work with any dimmer?
The strip requires a CCT controller compatible with 3 wires and 24V DC voltage — an ordinary single-channel dimmer will not allow switching between color temperatures. Compatible controllers are available separately.
Can I use the strip outdoors, for example under an awning?
It is not recommended for outdoor use. The IP20 protection means the strip is intended exclusively for dry indoor spaces, without exposure to moisture or dust.
Can the strip be cut to a length shorter than 5 meters?
Yes, the COB strip can be cut at the cutting marks printed on the substrate, usually every 2 cm or according to the specifications on the strip. The unused portion can be saved for another application.

Inspired to create a chair where the back and arms are moulded from a single piece of plywood, Hecht and Colin describe employing a process similar to that a tailor might use to cut a pattern in fabric. This approach resulted in the beautiful structure wherein the moulded back and arms component is supported by a simple A-frame wood dowel construction. One of the benefits of this design is an increase in comfort due to natural movement in the plywood back.
