How it works and how to install it
The strip connects to a 24V DC power supply (purchased separately, sized at a minimum of 220W for the full roll). The back of the strip is equipped with 3M double-sided adhesive tape — clean the surface, peel off the protective film, and the strip sticks directly into the desired position. It can be cut at the cutting marks on the PCB, in predefined multiples, without affecting the rest of the strip.

A 24V DC power supply with a minimum power of 220W is required. A 240-250W power supply is recommended for a safety margin in continuous operation.
Can this strip be used in the bathroom or outdoors?
No. IP20 protection means that the strip is intended exclusively for dry indoor spaces, without exposure to moisture, splashes, or bad weather.
Can a dimmer be connected to this strip?
Yes, the strip is compatible with PWM dimmers for 24V DC, provided that the dimmer is appropriately sized for the total power of the installation.

Inspired to create a chair where the back and arms are moulded from a single piece of plywood, Hecht and Colin describe employing a process similar to that a tailor might use to cut a pattern in fabric. This approach resulted in the beautiful structure wherein the moulded back and arms component is supported by a simple A-frame wood dowel construction. One of the benefits of this design is an increase in comfort due to natural movement in the plywood back.
