How it works and how to install it
The 2835 LED strip with lens operates at 24V DC, so it requires a transformer (power supply) corresponding to the total power used — for the entire 10-meter roll, a power supply of at least 220W at 24V is needed. Installation is straightforward: peel off the protection of the 3M adhesive from the back and apply the strip to a clean and dry surface, then connect the wires to the power supply, observing the polarity. The strip can be shortened to any length by cutting at the markings indicated on the PCB, without affecting the rest of the strip.

You need a 24V DC power supply with a minimum power of 220W for the complete 10-meter roll. If you only use a portion, calculate 22W for each meter used and add a small safety surplus.
Can this strip be used in the bathroom or outdoors?
No. IP20 protection means that the strip is not protected against humidity or water, so it is recommended exclusively for installation in dry indoor spaces.
At what distance can cuts be made on the strip?
The strip can be cut at each group marked on the PCB, generally every 3 LEDs or according to the cutting marks visible on the substrate. Cuts at other points can damage the circuit.

This approach resulted in the beautiful structure wherein the moulded back and arms component is supported by a simple A-frame wood dowel construction.
