How it works and how to install it
The LED strip connects to a 12V DC power supply (purchased separately) via the terminals at the end of the roll. You peel off the adhesive protection from the back, position the strip on a clean surface, and secure it by gently pressing — the entire process takes less than 20 minutes even without technical experience. If you need a shorter length, the strip can be cut with scissors at any marked point every 3 cm.

What power supply do I need for this LED strip?
You need a 12V DC power supply with a minimum power of 50W for the full 5-meter roll (5m x 10W/m = 50W). A power supply with 20% additional power compared to consumption is recommended.
Can this LED strip be used in the bathroom or outdoors?
No. The IP20 protection rating means that the strip is not resistant to humidity or water and is intended exclusively for dry indoor spaces.
Can I connect multiple rolls in series to cover a larger area?
Yes, but connecting more than 5 meters in series to the same source without a signal amplifier is not recommended, to avoid voltage drop and differences in brightness.

Inspired to create a chair where the back and arms are moulded from a single piece of plywood, Hecht and Colin describe employing a process similar to that a tailor might use to cut a pattern in fabric. This approach resulted in the beautiful structure wherein the moulded back and arms component is supported by a simple A-frame wood dowel construction. One of the benefits of this design is an increase in comfort due to natural movement in the plywood back.
