How it works and how to install
The strip operates at 24V DC, meaning you need a 24V transformer (power supply) with a minimum power of 55W for the entire 5-meter roll — the transformer is not included and must be purchased separately. Installation is done by adhesive tape applied to the back of the PCB or by mechanical fastening in an aluminum profile, both options accessible without special tools. Connection is made directly to the power supply terminals using the included cables, observing the polarity marked on the PCB.

What power supply do I need for a 5-meter roll?
You need a 24V DC power supply with a minimum power of 55W (11W/m x 5m). A power supply with a 20% reserve is recommended, so at least 60-65W for stable operation.
Can I use this strip in the bathroom or kitchen?
The strip has IP20 protection, which means it is exclusively for dry indoor spaces. It is not suitable for areas with high humidity, water splashes, or steam.
Can this COB LED strip be dimmed?
Yes, the 24V COB strip is compatible with dedicated 24V DC PWM dimmers. A compatible dimmer purchased separately is required — not all mains dimmers work with this strip.

Inspired to create a chair where the back and arms are moulded from a single piece of plywood, Hecht and Colin describe employing a process similar to that a tailor might use to cut a pattern in fabric. This approach resulted in the beautiful structure wherein the moulded back and arms component is supported by a simple A-frame wood dowel construction. One of the benefits of this design is an increase in comfort due to natural movement in the plywood back.
