RGB LED Strip Amplifier for Extended Installations
The RGB LED strip amplifier allows you to extend your colored lighting installation without losing control over color and effects. Connected between the RGB controller and additional strips, it takes over the control signal and independently powers the subsequent segments, maintaining perfect color synchronization. This is the right solution when a single controller can no longer handle the total length of the installed strips.

How it works and how to install it
The RGB LED strip amplifier connects in series in the lighting circuit: the RGB signal from the existing controller enters through the INPUT terminals (V+, R, G, B), and a separate power supply connects to the 2.1mm female DC jack. The additional RGB LED strip(s) connect to the OUTPUT. Installation is done with a screwdriver, without advanced electrical knowledge — the terminals are clearly labeled on the housing.
Frequently Asked Questions
Do I need a separate controller for the strips connected to the amplifier?
No. The amplifier takes the control signal from the existing controller and retransmits it to the additional strips, so all segments remain synchronized and controlled from the same point.
What length of RGB LED strip can I connect to the amplifier's output?
It depends on your strip's consumption per meter. At a maximum current of 30A and a voltage of 12V, the amplifier theoretically supports up to 360W total power on the output — check the strip's label to calculate the maximum allowed length.
Is the amplifier compatible with 24V RGB LED strips?
Yes, the amplifier works with both 12V and 24V DC, so it is compatible with both standard types of RGB LED strips available on the market.

Inspired to create a chair where the back and arms are moulded from a single piece of plywood, Hecht and Colin describe employing a process similar to that a tailor might use to cut a pattern in fabric. This approach resulted in the beautiful structure wherein the moulded back and arms component is supported by a simple A-frame wood dowel construction. One of the benefits of this design is an increase in comfort due to natural movement in the plywood back.
