How it works and how to install it
The power supply converts alternating current from the mains into the 12V direct current required by LED devices. You plug the power supply into a 220V socket and connect the output cable to the LED strip or spotlights. No electrical knowledge is required — connections are plug-and-play. Make sure the total power of the connected devices does not exceed 24W (12V x 2A). For indoor use only, in dry spaces.
Frequently asked questions
How many meters of LED strip can I power with this transformer?
It depends on the strip's consumption. A standard 5050 strip with 60 LEDs/meter consumes approximately 14W/meter, so you can power up to 1.5 meters. For more economical strips of 4-5W/meter, you can reach 5 meters.
Can I use the power supply outdoors or in wet areas?
No, this model is intended for indoor use only in dry spaces. For outdoor applications, you need a power supply with IP65 protection or higher.
What happens if I exceed 2A current consumption?
The power supply has overload protection and will shut down automatically to prevent damage. Disconnect the devices and use a power supply with higher amperage if the consumption exceeds 24W.

Inspired to create a chair where the back and arms are moulded from a single piece of plywood, Hecht and Colin describe employing a process similar to that a tailor might use to cut a pattern in fabric. This approach resulted in the beautiful structure wherein the moulded back and arms component is supported by a simple A-frame wood dowel construction. One of the benefits of this design is an increase in comfort due to natural movement in the plywood back.
