How it works and how to install it
The battery connects via F1/T1 terminals directly to your solar system, electric toy, barrier, or medical equipment. Charging is done with a 6V charger (recommended maximum current 1.2A for long life). For optimal performance, charge the battery every 30 days even if it hasn't been used - this prevents sulfation of the lead plates and maintains the nominal capacity of 4.2Ah. Avoid complete discharges and extreme temperatures (below -15°C or above +40°C).

How long does a full charge last?
Approximately 8-10 hours with a standard 6V 0.5A charger. Always use chargers with overcharge protection.
Does it work for my 10W solar panel?
Yes, it's ideal for small 6V 5-15W solar panels with an integrated charge controller. Make sure the controller limits the voltage to a maximum of 7.2V.
How long does the battery last before it needs to be replaced?
Between 3-5 years with normal use and proper maintenance (monthly charges, avoiding discharge below 50%). Prolonged storage without charging drastically reduces lifespan.

Inspired to create a chair where the back and arms are moulded from a single piece of plywood, Hecht and Colin describe employing a process similar to that a tailor might use to cut a pattern in fabric. This approach resulted in the beautiful structure wherein the moulded back and arms component is supported by a simple A-frame wood dowel construction. One of the benefits of this design is an increase in comfort due to natural movement in the plywood back.
